We explained to him what we wanted and what we were looking for and right away he helped us out. I want to mention that at all times he was very friendly and informative. My husband and I have had many experiences with other dealerships such as Ford, Jeep and Subaru but by far Toyota has been the best experience we have ever had when looking to purchase a car. Aaron made it possible for my husband and I to get the truck we were looking for and wanted just when we thought it wasn’t going to be possible and everything seemed to fall through, Aaron went out of his way to get us the best deal. He went above and beyond to get us the price we were looking to pay and even insurance price we were looking to get. The cost of the battery was about the same every where that I checked, except Costco was $40.00 cheaper but they didn’t take the battery, so you had to find a way to get rid of it. The only negative that I would have is when I originally called, the person told me he thought installation was included. It was not and I could have installed it myself and saved $25.00. More
