Critical Help, much appreciated! Drove in at closing with a crippled car enroute to California. Best Dealership I Have Ever Dealt With. This is the 28th vehicle I have purchased in my life, 20 have been new, 8 used. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Dolan Toyota, both new vehicles. I have been very pleased with the caliber of people that work at Dolan. Sales/Finance people are low key, low pressure, knowledgeable about their products. Service writers/staff have been well versed, friendly, caring. I even got to meet with my mechanic to discuss diagnosis/troubleshooting. This 2nd purchase was unplanned, and was handled professionally by all of the Dolan staff involved. The 2017 4Runner I purchased about a year ago had a noise that I did not feel I should have to live with. This is how I got involved with so many in the service department. Service writer, Katie and Mechanic, Steve were so helpful, concerned, diligent in helping to try to track the cause of the noise. During my 2nd visit on this problem, I decided to speak to sales. I was listened to, and given a very good deal on a 2018 4Runner. I continue to be very pleased with the staff at Dolan, and will continue to visit for service needs, and sales as needed. Both purchases were attended to by excellent staff members. More
Bogus service “recommendations” GREAT service rep (Nile), he does a really good job. I took my vehicle in for minor service-replacing 2 dash lights. The mechanic replaced them, but GREAT service rep (Nile), he does a really good job. I took my vehicle in for minor service-replacing 2 dash lights. The mechanic replaced them, but neglected to reset one, leading me to think a wire was loose and having to return to the dealer, however that is not why I rate this place so low. The mechanic did a “complimentary “ exam of my vehicle, which I thought was good, however here is where it gets interesting...he noted I needed to change my cabin air filter soon and that the front axle CV boot had a small cut and was blowing grease and I needed to replace the axle. I was really surprised as I’d just replaced the air filter less than a week ago and it had not been driven in dirty/dusty conditions...I’d also replaced that same axle etc less than 40,000 miles ago. I was getting my tires rotated immediately after this at another shop, so I asked them to check both front axles..,they wrote that there is NOTHING wrong with the CV boots/axles! So, it seems that this dealer’s service repair shop is engaging in some pretty shady practices and might have been successful if I wasn’t paying attention to my cars service and condition. Just to recap-ONE of these might have been a good faith mistake but not both of them! I will post this review on Yelp as well. More

She was on top of the process and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Danny is a great guy to talk to and personable. He compared two vehicles to see which would fit our needs the best and covered the specs on the vehicle in a way you knew he had complete knowledge and an understanding of the vehicles. Everything we wanted to know was explained to us and much more. It was a real WOW experience. He was nice, friendly, made us feel comfortable the entire process. We truly felt the dealership cared about us and they followed through on that as well. Kris was there at every step in the process. Finance was wonderful and a breeze. Alexia was great at going over all the features and teaching us how to use them all. The gifts were a pleasant surprise. The Sales Manager coming over to thank us for our business, and the follow up calls to see how we are and if we had any questions. In a day and age where customer service seems to fading into the past, not here at Dolan Toyota. They were awesome, thank you Kris, Alexia and all the staff we experienced there and since then. More

Good Toyota dealer We have bought from Dolan Toyota in the past. This was our second time buying, Our first purchase was a great experience, the salesman at the time, Br We have bought from Dolan Toyota in the past. This was our second time buying, Our first purchase was a great experience, the salesman at the time, Brian took care of us from getting us a great deal on the vehicle we wanted clear thru making sure we were happy and understanding with the total price and financing rate. This time we purchased the salesman , Steven for the most part got us into a truck. When it was all said and done we thought with our trade the negative equity was 7-8,0000. It ended up being 13,000. It was disappointing. We also told salesman we both would be on loan. Once we were in with finance person, Craig he only had one person on loan and once it was mentioned it should’ve been both. He acted like it was going to be a pain to print everything over to add name. He also rushed through paperwork, We left not satisfied with the financing end and felt we paid more for the new vehicle then we first agreed on. We spoke with another finace person before we left. . He answered questions and told us we could come back the next day to make change to add name to loan. Our experience would have been very satisfactory if the communication between the salesman and finance was clearer. More
