What a bummer I went to this dealership to look at new cars and was totally snubbed! Never a hello or can I help you, absolutely nothing. I walked into the showroom I went to this dealership to look at new cars and was totally snubbed! Never a hello or can I help you, absolutely nothing. I walked into the showroom trying to find someone to help me and only saw one person, another customer that was also looking. What am I supposed to do to get help, walk up to the other customer and ask how much they want for a new vehicle? If you've had good luck here good for you. I give it 2 stars because the seemed to have a lot of cars. More

Great Customer Service I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from Dolan Toyota on Kietzke. I have to say that the customer service they gave me and my wife was great. I recently purchased a 2018 Toyota 4Runner from Dolan Toyota on Kietzke. I have to say that the customer service they gave me and my wife was great. Our sales specialist Eric Evans was awesome and very knowledgeable on the vehicles that we were interested in. He never came across as an overly aggressive sales associate trying to make his mark or money on sales. He was very professional and any questions that we had he answered it with honesty and made it very clear. I am very pleased how professional he was and he never once "beat around the bush" to try and make a sale. Once we picked a vehicle, he fought to get us where we wanted to be on our monthly payments. At the end of the day I am very pleased with how he treated us and made us feel like we were in control of our choices instead of making us uncomfortable. That is the way car buying should be and feel. Great job Eric and Dolan Toyota. More

Great customer service I recently purchased new Toyota Tundra from Dolan Toyota. This was my first experience with them and I had never owned a Toyota so I had many question I recently purchased new Toyota Tundra from Dolan Toyota. This was my first experience with them and I had never owned a Toyota so I had many questions. I dealt with Destin and he was outstanding. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. His product knowledge was very impressive and this ended up being one of the main reasons that I completed the purchase. Finance and the vehicle delivery were very smooth. Critical Help, much appreciated! Drove in at closing with a crippled car enroute to California.
