Don't Feel Like Part Of the Family Not been a happy customer since I purchased my vehicle from Dolan. The most recent issue was replacing my tires (after only 25,000 miles). Your service department rep quoted me a price of $187 per tire for Michlin Defenders. When I tried to set up an appointment I was told that price was a mistake and the new price would be $250. Your service manager would not honor the quoted price and offered me a new price on a Goodyear tire. I didn't accept his offer and bought my new (better) tires at Costco. Recently, I took my Highlander in for it's 30,000 mile checkup. Although the charges were extreme, my experience was satisfactory. More

Got a fair deal. Mason was wonderful. Had or got answers to all our questions. Disappointed in George because even though I was willing and continued to negotiate, Ge Mason was wonderful. Car purchase Steve was very friendly and easy to work with. I just bought a brand new rav4 two weeks ago. However, my wife wanted this car so I traded it in Steve was very friendly and easy to work with. I just bought a brand new rav4 two weeks ago. The process went very smooth however I was disappointed in the additional $2700 I had to pay for the new car with a different color. My own fault . Happy wife happy life ! More

Issues missed. Not responsive. Done their way I failed to mention that I wanted them to look at a loose sensor. I called to ask them to look at it soon after my check in. Not responsive.
