I bought from out of state and did everything over the phone with my sales associate Steve. He always followed up in a timely matter over the phone, he was very open and honest with me through out the process. Want to also thank Jessie (sales manager) for turning me over to Steve, like i said it was a great experience. When I came into the dealership to sign paperwork and purchase my new Tacoma, Steve was busy with another customer, the manager on the floor talked with Steve and with in 5 minutes he walked me over to my new truck and told me to check it out. Steve had the truck detailed that morning and it looked perfect. Steve stepped away from his customer, and greeted me. He explained to me that it would just be a few minutes and that the Finance manager would be calling me into his office to sign paperwork. Within 15 minutes I was in the Finance office signing paperwork. Once I was done signing paperwork, Steve called the Toyota Tech specialist and I was being shown how to use all the entune features, as well as learning all the other feature that this truck had. Within a hour and half I was leaving Dolan Toyota in my new Tacoma. Thanks again to Jessie, Steve, and everyone at Dolan Toyota for making this such a great experience. More

Maintenance and brake check up Tevin was extremely pleasant and when the mechanics found I needed brake work I felt Tevin was honest and I agreeded on this expensive repair.
