We like our 2016 Honda Pilot. What we do not like is the fact that apparently Honda no longer provides a service manual with their vehicles. We have no easy/quick way of knowing 1) what the service history fact that apparently Honda no longer provides a service manual with their vehicles. We have no easy/quick way of knowing 1) what the service history of our vehicle has been, 2) what services need to be done in the future. When asking about this in the past, the answer has been either 1) it is all online or 2) we will tell you. This is not acceptable to us and will surely influence the decision of the next next new vehicle we buy. More
