Purchase of an Odyssey // Ongoing Service of 2 Hondas I have had several poor experiences taking my vehicles to "quick lube" centers and local shops for both routine and non-routine repairs. Those places I have had several poor experiences taking my vehicles to "quick lube" centers and local shops for both routine and non-routine repairs. Those places are certainly cheaper...at first. Many don't keep ongoing service records, and those quick lube centers seem to always end up stripping the bolt on the oil pan requiring a pricey repair. Don Ayers handles things differently. Yes, you will pay more for certain types of service, but so far I have noted that the average price of service work has been usual and customary. On top of this, I get top notch service and a constant "What can we do for you?" attitude as opposed to the typical "Here's what I may do for you as time permits." Now, I have purchased a vehicle and have had them take over service on another and have been entirely happy at all points. Highly recommended. More

Great Experience We found out we were going to need a bigger vehicle and started browsing online. We found a Honda Odyssey and a Honda Pilot that caught our eye. We went in to test drive both and worked with Cleveland. Cleveland was great! Laid back, no pressure, fun to work with and very knowledgeable. I can't recommend him enough. We also worked with John in financing who was exceedingly nice. After driving both vehicles we ultimately decided on the with the Honda Pilot for our needs. I really cannot recommend Don Ayres and Cleveland especially enough! Great service and a great experience. None of the normal games when purchasing a used car like other dealers. We never felt pressured and they laid out all of the prices, taxes, fees, discounts, trade-in, etc to show us the final cost before we were ever expected to go through with the purchases.
