I was on my way to Indianapolis from Toledo, Ohio when I began to experience a shuttering (shaking) in my My experience at Don Ayers was excellent. I was on my way to Indianapolis from Toledo, Ohio when I began to experience a shuttering (shaking) in my van. I pulled over and called AAAA for assistance as I was not familiar with the area.. They directed me to Fort Wayne Don Ayers Honda to take a look at the van. I called the service department and let them know what happening to the van and that I really needed someone to take a look at it. I had to be in Indy that evening for an early morning appointment so Ben Rose arranged for Enterprise to help me out with a car to get to Indy while they examined the van. Within 45 minutes, I was on the road again and Ben committed to working on the van and calling me with an update that evening. I arrived in time to Indy and did receive a call from Ben with an update. Following my appointment the next morning, I was able to pick the van up on my way home and Ben made arrangements for Enterprise to drop me off at the dealer following the delivery of the rental. Ben was very professional but so personal and truly cared about my situation. I was so impressed with the service and "small town" personal touch. This experience was really an encouragement to me as we always hear the negative sides of things and not enough about the ones who are positively impacting communities by their passion and and compassion to service others. Since it had come from a weekend trade, he test drove the car himself, sent a video he made, then out to their service department to be inspected. All from an email & a phone call!! We decided to head to Fort Wayne from Toledo, OH. Everyone at the dealership was smiling (on a rainy day no less!) the management and closing staff were helpful throughout the process, absolutely no hassles or "hard-selling" tactics. Don Ayres Honda has it right. The only drawback is that we live almost 2 hours!! The dealership is a class act and I would recommend them to anyone, whether they are in the market for a Honda, or a used vehicle like us! More

I had in the past drove a honda fit and really loved the ride. I searched online and was contacted by Darrin. He was unlike alot of salesmen I had dealt with in the past. He was very respectful of what I wanted and helped me find it in the price range I needed. He went completely out of his way after I bought the car to get a few repairs they promised me by picking my car up from where I worked and leaving his personal car here for me to drive after work to pick my car up. He was exceptional to work with and I would recommend him to all. As a matter of fact my brother will soon be looking for a vehicle and I gave him Darrins card. Great work Darrin! Thank you!
