I worked with Darrin Bickel on the purchase of my Toyota Prius. After I purchased my first one in Sept, 13, I totaled it 3 months later. I immediately called Darrin who went on the search for me for anoth Prius. After I purchased my first one in Sept, 13, I totaled it 3 months later. He went out of his way in making videos of the car so I could see it (I live 45 mins. away), sending them to me, and getting me the best deal. He frequently calls and checks in with me to make sure everything is ok with my car. I would definitely recommend Darrin to anyone in search of a new or used car in the Fort Wayne area. More

Darrin Bickel made the purchase go very quick. My wife purchased a 2012 used Honda from Darrin last year. When I was looking for a new car, I went back to Don Ayres and looked up Darrin. When the new Honda needed to go in for rustproofing, Darrin came to my house and gave me his car, taking the new Honda with him. He returned the rust proofed car that evening. I looked locally for 3 months for a used Honda pilot I could afford. Finally , searched the Internet and found the pilot I wanted. My husband and I were casually looking to possibly get a 'new' car; we decided that we had to find the right deal. And we sure did! The price for the SUV we purchased was great and although the offer for 'new' car; we decided that we had to find the right deal. And we sure did! This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We had totaled our Honda Fit, and were renting a car in Indianapolis (which was due back the day that I contacted Don Ayres). I was hoping they could transfer the car in the next few days to Indy, but they did us one better - they had the Honda Element we purchased delivered to my front door. That very same day. Anwar at Don Ayres Honda was a pleasure to work with. Since I work at a hospital, I cannot take calls during the day. Anwar allowed me to go through the entire car buying and financing process using email and text messages, which was super convenient for me. I cannot be happier with our purchase, or the process.
