While visiting family in Fort Wayne I noticed one of my headlights was out so I called to see if I could get it replaced before driving home to New Hampshire. To my surprise when I showed up the next morning I was immediately called into the service bay and my light was fixed within the time it took to pay for the part. Though the service representative (Jay) was unable to contact me by telephone to get my approval to resurface the brake rotors on my 2000 Honda CRV, the service manager (Doug) told him that I would appro contact me by telephone to get my approval to resurface the brake rotors on my 2000 Honda CRV, the service manager (Doug) told him that I would approve the necessary repair. This allowed me to get my car back about two hours sooner than if they waited to get my explicit approval before beginning the brake work. This kind of trust and relationship is the result of having purchased and maintained three Honda cars at Ayres Honda in the last twelve years. I have also recommended Ayres dealership to my friends who have also purchased cars. More
I believe I bought a very solid, reliable used vehicle (Honda Civic 2008). However, I am still waiting on extra set of car keys (I think I should have been given 2 sets of keys when I picked up the (Honda Civic 2008). However, I am still waiting on extra set of car keys (I think I should have been given 2 sets of keys when I picked up the car). Also, I am having second thoughts about all the warranties I bought. Basically, the overall extended warranty is money well spent, but if I could do it over again, I would not have gotten the extended warranty on the tires and rims. I would have preferred that the car be financed through my bank and was told I could get a little off the interest rate if I signed up for ECF with the bank. However, when I picked up car no one could tell me who the bank/lender was. I later found out from my car insurance agent who the lender was and I am not happy that the dealership did not give me this information up front. More
