We found a 2004 Nissan Armada online, called and spoke to Aaron Warner. He was Fantastic! Aaron called me back within 2 minutes. He walked around the outside of the car. Told me any imperfections he saw. He got inside the vehicle, told me each and every slight imperfection he saw. He offered to test drive it for me. He was so helpful and thorough. My husband and I felt very comfortable making a deposit over the phone, sight unseen because we felt so confident in the information Aaron had given us. They are attentive but not at all pushy or aggressive. The service department is great as well. They call their customers by name and are very good at explaining things in language that the average person can understand. First impression of the dealership was good. I was greeted by the service manager and because it was a busy Saturday he made sure I was attended to even though it was busy. The dealership was low pressure when closing the sale which is IMPORTANT to me. The price quote from Don Ayers Honda was given without a hassle over the phone and was in line with the other price quotes I had received.
