Great Service I had an appointment for a simple oil change on Monday but when I got in (my husband's car) that morning my husband had left a note on the dash that I had an appointment for a simple oil change on Monday but when I got in (my husband's car) that morning my husband had left a note on the dash that there appeared to be a slow leak in two of the tires. I knew Jeremy Sullivan had worked me in because Rich's car was a bit over due for the oil change due to my delay. On my way to a meeting I called Jeremy to give him a heads up and when I arrived for our appointment at noon Jeremy had things arranged so that not only was the oil change taken care of but the technician checked out the tires! Great service, great attitude- much gratitude on my part! More

Everyone was friendly, informative, and it went beyond Honda just trying to sell a car. I've returned regularly for oil maintenance, and again, and again, received, fast, friendly service. Too many businesses 'talk the talk'. Whether before selling you something, or anytime after. Or once they've sold their product to you, you fall off their radar. Not this dealership. Their sincerity is felt. I bought my CR-V 75% because it's a great vehicle, and 25% because I was impressed by this dealership. More
