Replace a recalled part Ron called me to schedule an appointment for a recalled part. When i came in on the scheduled time, the part was replaced very quickly and I was out o Ron called me to schedule an appointment for a recalled part. Great Service Department!!! Unfortunately my radiator, on my Honda Accord, got a hole in it and I was left on the side of the road one morning. However, I was able to contact Chuck Suter in the service department and he worked me into the schedule the same day. He had a radiator located and ready to be put in by that afternoon. Chuck has also been the family service guy when my wife brings in our Honda Odyssey. He does an excellent job looking out for our needs and taking care of our vehicle! We can always feel confident that our vehicles are being taken care and we are not being taken advantage of. More
