Charles Suter was in charge of managing our problem and he also helped us find a rental car to continue our trip while our car was serviced at Ayers. Mr. Suter was a huge help in getting our car scheduled for a diagnosis within a few hours after our breakdown and phone call to Ayers. He researched with our Michigan dealer to find a problem with our Odyssey's repair history and was able to determine that Honda's warranty was extended to cover the cost of the repair. Mr. Suter kept us informed via telephone while the repair was underway and he made sure we were able to pick up the vehicle, completely repaired and with no charge when we returned from Tennessee. That was the most thorough. efficient and lowest cost vehicle repair service I ever experienced. Mr. Suter showed great concern for our problem and in assuring us that it would be handled. Finally, the customer waiting area at Ayers Honda was really comfortable and provided great amenities. More
