Great Service Experience! I just had my Honda Odyssey in for the 120,000 mile service and my Honda Accord in for the 90,000 mile service. Doug Waltz, Doug Settle, Kevin Cappelli, Troy Johnson (mechanic Dave S.), along with many others not mentioned, have always been fr Ladies, fear not! Doug Waltz, Doug Settle, Kevin Cappelli, Troy Johnson (mechanic Dave S.), along with many others not mentioned, have always been friendly and helpful when I brought in my 1982 Honda Prelude & now my 2001 Accord in for service. I have not ever had a problem with any of the staff. You will be treated like a person and they will take time to explain things and answer questions. They are great about caring for my service milestones and the times that other things pop up! When I have a service that takes a few hours, the shuttle is a great way for me to get a thing or two done while I wait. Otherwise the waiting room & restroom are nice enough, I do not mind waiting there. Complimentary beverages and a cell phone charging station are a couple of extras they offer. I recommend Don Ayres Honda Service for anyone with a Honda! They do service other vehicles (makes and models) as well. I am sure you would find the service to be what you expect it to be... great!
