Mislead I came to Don Davis used cars to trade my excellent 2016 Lincoln Mkz for another Mkz. But I was shown a 2016 Hyundai Genesis.I was told it had not be I came to Don Davis used cars to trade my excellent 2016 Lincoln Mkz for another Mkz. But I was shown a 2016 Hyundai Genesis.I was told it had not be wrecked when I asked. I asked for the carfax, but during the back and forth negotiations it was not produced. On Driving it I clearly mentioned that there is a whining noise coming from the front. I was told by the salesman that it would be taken care of. They kept the Genesis for 3 days and repaired nothing. Telling me it is the front driver's side wheel bearing and that I should take the Genesis to the Hyundai dealership. And when i again asked for the carfax, they gave it to me 3 day later. It had two hit accidents on it. I paid $3000.00 on this 2 accident Genesis. And got screwed. There words meant nothing. My 2016 Mkz was perfect. I traded it because I nolonger wanted A black car. It's to hot. Signed a very unhappy customer.!!! More
Way too much time to have battery replaced My battery failed and I was able to get a jump start from a friend and made it to the dealership. While I was surprised that my battery I purchased in Sept 2012 still had warranty I waited way way too long and then was disappointed by the service guys explanation as to why the new battery will be warranty for the remainder of the old batteries life. Absolutely the worst service I have ever seen. On Friday morning, I made an appointment to have my car diagnosedthe following Wednesday. I took it in on Wednesday morning and was told they had me o On Friday morning, I made an appointment to have my car diagnosedthe following Wednesday. I took it in on Wednesday morning and was told they had me on the list to bring in my car, but not in on the list to be diagnosed. The diagnostic dept was backed up 3-5 days. They had no idea why that would be a problem for me and didn’t care. No offer of a reason; not even an apology. I took it to Hooks Lincoln in Fort Worth; they diagnosed it in 6 hours and 5 of those were spent with a 5 hour pressure test on the coolant system. I’ll never go back to Don Davis and will tell everyone I know not to go. I was told this dealership was not service oriented, but I gave them a chance. If I could rate this less than one star I would. More
