Bought a F-250 from there Chevy dealership went in for exhaust leak found out it was sold to us with none of the recalls done. Was told exhaust leak was fixed nope back in for a week rental truck was brou exhaust leak found out it was sold to us with none of the recalls done. Was told exhaust leak was fixed nope back in for a week rental truck was brought back o us we filled it up was takin back the next day cause it was sold truck they brought to us had sensor problems. They were supposed to bring my truck back to us wound up going and getting it myself. Rental that was supposed to have been sold was setting on the lot . Now I have a check engine light on. Worst of it all the truck I bought is for my company. Easy to buy from but highly recommend service from someone else obviously they lack in that department at there ford dealership. Might just be worth paying the $100 out of area for the service warranty. More

Went in today to get my GPS looked and talked to Jamie Davis (Sales) to ask a non-purchase question about something totally unrelated to even buying a car. Jamie was so willing to help, he made a quick call, answered my question and even printed the correct paperwork that I would need. So impressed that I am willing to come in a purchase my next vehicle with him and the Augusta group. Thank you! More
