Today was Not the usual treatment I always get. I bought my car here so I always come here to do all maintenance service and repairs. However, today for an oil change, the representative did not wan I bought my car here so I always come here to do all maintenance service and repairs. However, today for an oil change, the representative did not want to give me the discount I always get every single time I come here for a service. She can see my record to confirm. Additionally, although she nicely said hello to greet me when I first came in, she was not even letting finish talking when I was explaining my concern about my car. Is not that she had a line of people waiting or any calls on hold. It was simple not friendly and was not concern about listening or willing to offer any discounts. This was NOT the usual treatment I get when I come to my dealer! More

Rain Guards, then scheduled maintenance. Scheduled my 2018 Traverse for rain guards and install went great. Service Advisor Nicole ordered the guards and they arrived next day as promised. Installed, but never stuck properly on none of the 4 windows, so they just agreed to reorder new set and install this Thursday. Scheduled my 2008 Trailblazer SS for scheduled 5k oil change and maintenance inspection and job was performed in timely manner and once again Nicole is polite and a pleasure to deal with. Problem was service Tech Jeremaih Sandusky never replaced my 6.0 litre engine cover and just dropped it in to side. Luckily I checked engine and vehicle before driving off and immediately informed Nicole. Nicole took the truck back to service and problem solved. Don't wish to rate negatively because of the service received from Nicole, but I haven't had luck with actual service done yet. We are 0 for 2 on service. Who forgets the engine cover during a simple oil change ? Going to be second guessing all work from here forward. More
