The Service Tech, Ryan is obviously one of your best techs who corrected the problems where many other, so called experts failed. My son took his Chevy Volt in for repairs and was told his car needed a new battery for $12,000 and he would be better to buy a used car. They gave him $500.00 for his car and he bought a car from them. Then, 2 days later his car was in their used car lot for $4,793.

I arrive 130 appt.oil change. Nick Wright getting me right in. I ask if I can wait outside he says yes we have a picnic table set up right outside the door. It is 102 today. I watch, wait, watch, wait then I go in, it's 4 30 he jumps up and says it's ready and directs me to cashier. I'm ready to puke from heat at this point. Cashier pulls 3 papers marked in big red letters 'WAIT' I sign, got home 5 30 message on answering machine 2 30 Don Mealey Chevrolet your truck is ready. I am completely satisfied with the oil change service. NEVER AGAIN Kasandra and Charles Belonge

I recant my statement!!!! I had my dodge ram 8 or 9 days when i had to go to north Florida and the engine light came on. On the 10th day i tried to get DON MEALEY to look at it. They used their employee shortage as an excuse to not put it on the computer which takes less than 10 minutes. They started backing out of everything they told me all the promises, all the lies I believed. Thank you Jesus i got the bumper to bumper 3 year extended warrenty. If i had not of gotten that warrenty which all people cant get. I would be stuck right now with a $23,000.00 truck that doesnt work. Don MEALEY employee sales person Josh didnt think there was anything ethically wrong with selling a 50 year old woman a truck that had a bad cam shaft in it. After taking a perfectly great running dodge charger and $5000.00 cash down payment. They would of left me high and dry with no way to go and thought it perfectly ok. SO FAIR WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM DON MEALEY CHEVROLET.

I am completely satisfied with the oil change service on my Suburban, but I was poorly attended by the rude and unprofessional employee of this department, and unfortunately I will never go to this company to buy, change or service my car.
