Great honest experience Jorge Rivera is a genuine guy. You don't feel pressured. Service Counter The service has been a little shaky lately. I went in for an oil change yesterday and there were nine cars in front of me just for oil changes.. So i The service has been a little shaky lately. I went in for an oil change yesterday and there were nine cars in front of me just for oil changes.. So i decided to go back first thing this morning. I was there this morning right when they opened. The service counter employee was so unfriendly not even a smile. He know my name since I have been going to this dealer for the last three years. He didn't even greet me with a smile. Just a bad attitude. He said it would take 1/2-2 hours before they could get my vehicle into the shop. There was one car in front of me.. There has been other issues with my vehical at this dealer.. Service shop employees not knowing what there doing.. I have decided to take my vehicle to another chevy dealer for service that is 20 miles from my house rather than going back to Don Mealey 2 miles from my house.. I hope this review will be going to this chevy dealer as well... More
