I received a phone call with an update, which I was not expecting, They arranged a rental car for me and worked with my extended warranty company for payment. The next day I heard a noise and they diagnosed the problem and because I was traveling the next day, sent me to another tire shop for the necessary tires. The service from all of the team was excellent. They were very friendly as well. I will definitely return and recommend them to others. More

Being so far from home and not knowing anyone down here I was blessed with finding (Don Mealy Chevrolet) and more importantly (Jerry Merriman) a service advisor at the dealership. I wasn't treated like a stranger from out of state, but as a long time customer! They took care of my truck issues in a professional, courteous, compassionate manner and didn't leave me feeling like I was taken advantage of by any means. Jerry went the extra mile to make me feel welcome and comfortable. I would rate this as my #1 top Dealership experience in all my years of purchasing or servicing vehicles and would highly recommend Don Mealy Chevrolet and Jerry Merriman to anyone in need. Service for tire malfuntion WE WERE GREETED WITH A VERY FRIENDLY SMILE--GOT US CHECKED IN AND SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT 45 MINUTES. ASKED IF WE NEED WATER OR ANYTHING. Other members of the dealership were friendly and courteous to all of us customers as they went about doing their jobs.
