There were factors beyond his control that kept us at the dealership all afternoon, but he was happy to help us in any way he could, and even held our baby when we were signing paperwork. I'd really give everyone 4 1/2 stars if I could, and only because the van we had come to see was not ready for purchase. We LOVE the van we wound up purchasing and would buy from Blaine again in a heartbeat. More
