I showed up at 7:30 p.m. The saleswoman told me that in fact, they had closed at 7:00, but she was still there and would be happy to help. I explained to her what I had in mind, and she looked at her inve fact, they had closed at 7:00, but she was still there and would be happy to help. I explained to her what I had in mind, and she looked at her inventory. She was happy to take me outside, show me a car, let me get in it and look around, etc. She didn't take me on a test drive, but that's very understandable, given that they were closed. She was very kind and didn't rush me. I was impressed that she'd give me her time even after hours. I didn't buy -- they didn't have exactly what I wanted -- but she was still kind as I left, and encouraged me to come back or contact her again if she could help. More
