When I first arrived, he introduced himself and I asked him to please not bother me while I looked around and he respected that. (I don't like to be pushed to buy a certain car, I just like to look on my own.) When I had found the perfect car, I told Cliff I was ready to test drive it, and off we went. Once we got back, I thanked him for his help and told him I was going to continue looking elsewhere. Two weeks later, I called and told him I wanted to buy the car and he helped me through my purchase every bit of the way, even when we had issues with my interest rate! Cliff was wonderful, and always had a positive attitude, and I'm so happy he helped make this experience of buying my first car, easy! More
