Rene was incredibly helpful. I had never seen the car scanned with the iPad before - that’s so much better than the paper notations of areas of damage. He called me when the service was complete and when scanned with the iPad before - that’s so much better than the paper notations of areas of damage. Daniel and Saili were excellent. I was extremely nervous and scared since my RDX suddenly broke down on me. Danny calmed me down and Saili made sure I got a loaner. They were both straightforward when I asked questions and found the information I was requesting. At the same time, I was disappointed with the "form" from Acura that listed the brakes as being "failure" and that recommended repairs were grouped in the same report as the repair necessary to fix the car. I fell that report is misleading and the perception is that the dealer is trying to get me to do more repairs (and spend more money) than what was necessary for the vehicle to run safely. Again, my disappointment is only with the report format and the presentation of the information. Every thing with Daniel and Saili was exception. Please revise your documentation! Improve the transparency! Thank you. More
