I had my car towed to Esserman Acura. I called to check on the status of whether it was there or not and the customer service representative who I spoke with went out of her way to take my name and number on the status of whether it was there or not and the customer service representative who I spoke with went out of her way to take my name and number, go check and lay her eyes on my car, and then call me back and give me an update as to the fact that Acura had received my car, she saw it, and that my service rep, Danny, would be getting back to me within the hour. Danny did get back to me and took care of my car immediately. It all went very smooth. I was very satisfied. More
