Horrible Unprofessional, rushing customers, not giving customers options besides loaners how to get back home and wait there for the car while its’s repair. Tr Unprofessional, rushing customers, not giving customers options besides loaners how to get back home and wait there for the car while its’s repair. Training new employees while helping a customer at the same time, not paying attention and making the customer repeat himself and after all my complaints were documented incorrectly by Saili in the system. My car spended hours at the dealer and not even one of my complaints were corrected. Not even a mechanic drive tested the car along with me to see what was exactly going with the car. Just horrible experience!!!. My car still making noise coming from the left side of the engine, plus the vibration and shaking inside the cabin. Thank you More
