Training new employees while helping a customer at the same time, not paying attention and making the customer repeat himself and after all my complaints were documented incorrectly by Saili in the system. My car spended hours at the dealer and not even one of my complaints were corrected. Not even a mechanic drive tested the car along with me to see what was exactly going with the car. Just horrible experience!!!. My car still making noise coming from the left side of the engine, plus the vibration and shaking inside the cabin. Thank you More

Caring and helpful I have an extended warranty that I just got. When I call Acura roadside assistance they told me it was not active, but my service adviser called me t I have an extended warranty that I just got. When I call Acura roadside assistance they told me it was not active, but my service adviser called me the next day told me to just leave the car and she would try to help me and she did. She checked my warranties, gave me a loaner and called me to let me know what was happening with my car. She is a great adviser she does a wonderful job, very friendly and caring. And it's good to know that she really cares for her customers. More
