Bought a used 1998 Nissan Sentra with 30 guarantee from this dealer. On last day of guarantee, passenger side window stopped working. I brought it to the dealer for service. Manager told me I'd have to this dealer. On last day of guarantee, passenger side window stopped working. I brought it to the dealer for service. Manager told me I'd have to speak to original salesperson, but it was their day off. After insisting to get window fixed that day, manager called salesperson who arrived 2.5 hours later. Explained problem to salesperson who then left to consult with previous manager. He came back and offered to fix window at 25% discount for $400. Dealer never honored their guarantee. I will never buy from this dealer again. More
