I went in to take my vehicle for regular maintenance, oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Andres was extremely helpful and accommodating. However, upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed they had change and tire rotation. My service advisor, Andres was extremely helpful and accommodating. However, upon receiving my vehicle, I noticed they had my car parked up far away. First time I service my car there that someone doesn’t bring it around. I found that a bit odd, so I examined my vehicle and noticed that 2 out of my 4 rims were badly scratched up, where the black paint even came off. I went directly to Andres to explain the situation. He understood and was being empathetic, but obviously not much could be done; the rims were damaged. He gave me the Service Managers card, Francisco Mora, and said he was going to reach out to him to see what can be done. I’ve taken all my vehicles here for service for years and have never had an issue. I understand mistakes happen, but the severity of damage caused to not one, but two rims is unacceptable. I take pride in my vehicle and my rims were flawless, so it goes without say why I’m extremely unsatisfied and upset. More
