Overall good but was not given timely updates or clear explanation of issue. I had to remind my service rep to update me and after spending over $1600 to fix a shifter issue, all si was told was it neede explanation of issue. I had to remind my service rep to update me and after spending over $1600 to fix a shifter issue, all si was told was it needed a new housing and cables but not why or how it happened. The shifter assembly has a lot of parts and am convinced I did not need a whole new housing and cables. As mentioned the experience was good, not great - and I think I overpaid. The tech also did something to my shift knob (aftermarket) where it used to be able to just screw off and now it just turns and turns, cannot remove if I wanted to. More
