This time around in the finance department the financial specialist was not very att her customers which is why I keep going back to her for my cars. This time around in the finance department the financial specialist was not very attentive and I found him to be a little rude which he ended up apologizing because Juan Fragela spoke to him BUT I still think I could have gotten a much lower car payment considering that I have been paying 2 cars financed by VW and my payments being 100% on time. Something to consider next time I go buy another car. More
