Poor customer service at service center. Horrible communication between the person working on the car and the person who answers the phones for the department. Person over the phone was never able to communication between the person working on the car and the person who answers the phones for the department. Person over the phone was never able to provide information or status of car. I had to leave work early to pick up a loaner and by the time i got to the dealership my car was ready so I didn't even need to be there and lost money for missing work. The car isn't working correctly so I still have to go back. More

Always a good service experience at Esserman VW. Went in for a oil change and ask them to check my brakes because i had been hearing a little squeal when stopping. I needed pads and they did it right on the for a oil change and ask them to check my brakes because i had been hearing a little squeal when stopping. I needed pads and they did it right on the spot and only about 30 extra minutes was added to my wait. Awesome that i did not have to make a separate appointment for this. A little pricey but definitely convenient. More
