It is a bit of a drive for me to get to Esserman but are far as I have seen (as a VW owner for many years) their service department is the best. They take your comments seriously when you come in with a problem and fix them rather than making excuses like some other places do. The car cleaning this time wasn't as good as before but that is a small thing compared to the quality work & repairs that they completed. More
