Car was ready. At that time I was presented with service recommendations to decide on. Of the 4 items I signed off on 3 and the car had to go back Suggestion: It may be more efficient to give the customer any service recommendations at an earlier stage of the process and not having to take the car back. This is by no means a dissatisfaction with your services. It is only a suggestion which may or may not suit your internal service processes. I appreciate this opportunity. Thank you. More
