Great Service When parking my car to head into work, I was unable to remove my keys. I quickly called and the young lady was able to provide me an appointment ASAP. Poor time management, lack of trust in service rep Went to my service appointment where team was not able to complete full service in 5 hours. Representative kept telling me it would be 10 more minutes Went to my service appointment where team was not able to complete full service in 5 hours. Representative kept telling me it would be 10 more minutes, etc... (like this for 2 hours). As soon as car was returned to me, 2 new lights flashed in dashboard. Had to return to Esserman the following week to have the car re-checked. They found new "problems" which they had supposedly fixed earlier and charged me twice, crazy amounts. Not returning. Not recommending Esserman. More
