Excellent experience! Let me start by expressing that I am not a fan of service centers. The waits are typically long and the service poor. I called in on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised to find that there were appointments available for the same day. Once I arrived I was greeted by Cesar. From the moment I stepped out of the car Cesar greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He proceeded to take my information and to verify what my vehicles service needs were. He also informed me of a recall notice and assured me it could be taken care of during the visit. Cesar was courteous, professional, and made me feel like my vehicle was in good hands. I then proceeded to wait in the reception area by the service center. The area was clean and comfortable and made for a pleasant wait. While waiting I happened to see Arelis Bravo a sales and leasing agent at the dealership. She was the one responsible for me leasing my Jetta GLI with Esserman. Although it had been two years since I had seen her Arelis remembered me by name. She inquired about my mother and my kids. This level of attention and commitment to a customer is commendable. Finally the young lady at the service center register handled my transaction quickly and with a smile on her face. My experience at the Esserman service center was an excellent one. I have no doubt that I will continue to bring my vehicle back to your service center whenever it is required. Thanks for taking your customers time and needs in to consideration by having such an excellent team in place. More

She was respectful and nice. She really showed interest in helping me and was open to negotiations. The process was faster than expected and I ended up leaving with my new car and with the deal I wanted. Before leaving she once again showed me all of the features, she helped me to connect my phone and to set up the security features on the car. The car was clean and with a full tank of gas. Rayner was the one in charge of the finances and he was very polite and nice as well. I would like to add that one of the best parts is that I never felt pressured by anyone which is something that I have experienced in the past in other car dealers. I would really recommend anyone to go straight to Claudia. She has been working there for many years and knows everything about the VW, she will not make you waste time and will help you! More
