Great First Impression I was looking for a VW service center that I could rely on for regular maintenance on my vehicle and decided to try Esserman's out with an oil change. I was looking for a VW service center that I could rely on for regular maintenance on my vehicle and decided to try Esserman's out with an oil change. The service was friendly and efficient. I had an appointment and showed up early so I expected that to be an issue but it wasn't at all. The process of checking my car in for service was started when I exited the car and finished before I entered the waiting room. Cesar gave me an estimated amount of time for service which was very helpful and completed in time. The service review was great! He even told me more about my VW's service history than I knew when buying it. I wasn't pressured into extra services or upgrades but I did request some service estimates which were provided and explained thoroughly. I will definitely use them for my vehicle maintenance schedule. More
