Best Service department Dealer I have 2 VW's, I had a some mechanical issues and took the cars to Esserman VW, Service adviser was very professional, he explained to me what the pro I have 2 VW's, I had a some mechanical issues and took the cars to Esserman VW, Service adviser was very professional, he explained to me what the problem was and gave me an estimate for the repair. he was very honest. I get my car repaired and I was very satisfy with the result. Since this is the second issue I have, I will not take my VW's to any other dealer than Esserman. Very professional and fast service. Service department I horrible experience in esserman Acura the lady from service was super super rude because I told her that my brand new Acura Rdx2014 my paint job wa I horrible experience in esserman Acura the lady from service was super super rude because I told her that my brand new Acura Rdx2014 my paint job was done wrong it's rusting and she said that even her 80 thousand dollar BMW car has that am sorry but she didn't have the need to say her personal things if she had an 80 thousand dollar car and BMW what is she doing working for the Acura. She even had the aducity to say that they will wax my car for free but that was curtusiy from part of the Acura excuse you but I have given 6 thousand dollars for my car. That women was super rude she was the one that had her leg injured in the past. She even got loud on my mother she needs to take some customer service classes. More
THE FIRST DAY OF SPRING Francisco, my service representative, is like the nicest, most helpful and pleasant service representative I have ever had during my many, many years Francisco, my service representative, is like the nicest, most helpful and pleasant service representative I have ever had during my many, many years of purchasing Acuras. He is like a breath of fresh air. In fact, the whole service experience at Esserman Acura is like living indoors in Wisconsin during one of its worst winters of record, and all of a sudden, on March 20th, the first day of spring, you open the door, and all of your depression is lifted. I know that sounds kind of dramatic, but that's how good the service at Esserman is, and also how good Francisco, my service representative is. Thank you, Esserman! Also, I never gave my input when I bought my 2014 Acura ILX back in February of this year. The gentleman I bought the car from was Mr. Richard LaCara. . . also a VERY, VERY NICE gentleman, and he was so helpful and concerned that I was happy with my purchase. More
