Since the moment you walk in you feel the energy, I was treated by Ali, what a nice salesperson. Gentlemen and very well educated honestly I wasn’t expecting that much from a sales person, because of that treated by Ali, what a nice salesperson. Gentlemen and very well educated honestly I wasn’t expecting that much from a sales person, because of that I ended up buying the car. He make me feel that was the car my family needs. More

On 02.25.2023 I left my car to Raimond to perform (supposedly) the "$870 - 2 hours - safety inspection". When picking my car up I was told by Raimond he will send me the report to my email address which never happened. On 02.27.2023 additionally to not receiving the report of the supposedly "$870 - 2 hours - safety inspection" reviewing my bank account I realized I was charged by VW credit with the payment for February (which I paid to the dealership on 02.23.2023). I texted Raimond asking about it and he just texted me back telling me he did not have any idea of why I was charged with $379,44. That same day I called customer service and spoke to Hanna and she advised me that my car had an "oil change" on 02.25.2023 made by "Ivan". After explaining to her why I took my car to the dealership on 02.25.2023 she said she could not give me more information (guess she realized she could not incriminate more). She said she would have a manager calling me back which of course never happened. To all the previous you have to add the fact I initially went there because I wanted to have my lease contract printed because it was printed originally in a size of paper that does not allow to read it completely (sadly I just realized it this year when I decided to review it because I wanted to buy the car MY FAULT). When I ask to the salesperson Yadiel Perez Lugo the favor to print the contract he did it with the same error (incorrect size of paper he even did not bother to pay attention to what he was doing) when I told him about his mistake he told me "we do not have paper of that size in the office" I was speechless...I was insisting and he told me I needed then to speak with "the financista". If you believe the previous answer was cheap just wait for the answer I got from Rainier Garcia: "We do not have that contract on the system anymore because since it is a contract from 2019 with the change on the owners of the dealership all documentation was delete it"...guess I do not have to explain how POOR that answer was... I deeply regret not stepping out of the dealership after all those red flags... If I paid $870 for something that was not done to my car, where is MY money??? I DEMAND MY MONEY BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY. Something very weird is happening in that office and I was a victim!!! Besides, I still will have to wait on VW credit to send me a check for the monthly payment for february. The correct thing to do by Raimond should have been not to include the February fee on the vehicle buyer order since the transaction was on Thursday and that next payment would be the following Monday. There was not enough time to cancel the lease. Again, I was a victim of not receiving advice (his job -supposedly-) at all (guess more money for Raimond in commissions...) More
