Brought in my 2018 Passat GT for an oil change and steering issues, the steering was replaced but installed off center. After a second try now it has a noticeable pressed on it and the cover behind it steering issues, the steering was replaced but installed off center. After a second try now it has a noticeable pressed on it and the cover behind it seems to be detached which looks to be done with a metal tool such as a screwdriver. I can’t believe a technician will use a metal tool on plastic. Very much dissatisfied with the work and urgently request a replacement. More
