First of all, I received a call from you stating that I had to bring my car in for a recall. I told the woman that called me to set me up for an appt and that I was going to to an oil change also. Ciro, my assigned technician told me that there were no recalls on my vehicle and without asking me if I wanted to do the 30,000 mile maint he put me down for that. My car is almost 27,000 miles so I think I should have been asked if I wanted to do the 30,000 maint and at least he should have told me or done a comparison of just doing the oil change or the benefits of doing the 30,000 miles maint at 27,000 miles. Nothing, zero. This is my second time taking my car there and totally felt not appreciated. I don't know if I will ever go back. More
