Over the past ten years I have purchased 1 used Lincoln Continetal a new Lincoln MKS and 2 trucks. I purchased a 2007 F150 King Ranch. It was a great truck. I traded it in at Dorsch ford for a 2010 F150 Continetal a new Lincoln MKS and 2 trucks. I purchased a 2007 F150 King Ranch. It was a great truck. I traded it in at Dorsch ford for a 2010 F150 lariott package because I wanted the navigation system. I have had all my cars and trucks serviced at the dealership and have never had a complaint they have always been helpful and have gone out of their way to insure customer satisfaction. Gene Eck has been the sales person I have dealt with. He has always been great and insured satisfaction. On my last truck I told Gene what options I was looking for in my next truck. Gene wrote them down and said he would try to find what I was looking for. Agee weeks later gene called me and said they had the truck I was looking for. I made an appointment with Gene and purchased the truck that day. I would. Not buy a new car from anyone else. Gene Eck has earned my respect and trust. We are made to feel very comfortable in the waiting room and we've never experienced an inappropriate amount of wait time, it's sometimes even a lot sooner than we thought it would be. The facility is very clean and professional looking, and everyone else seems to be very happy with their job and it shows. More
