Our initial visit to Dorsch Ford was an overall good experience. From the minute we walked in the front door, we were met with a very pleasant and friendly Dorsch Ford team of employees. We were looking to trade in our 2011 Chevy Explorer, due to dissatisfaction with gas mileage and it's 4 cylinder engine. The sales person we dealt with offered as much time as we needed to consider several vehicle options, without being "pushy". He was very pleasant and very well informed about each vehicle, pointing out vehicle options that we had not even considered. Upon closing the deal, we were very pleased to find that our financing with Ford Credit Co. was very appealing as well as lowering our previous monthly payment by $100.00. Since we were visiting the area, we preferred to drive the vehicle off the dealership the day of the sale and the dealership made that possible for us.
