We bought our Kia Telluride from Dorsch in 2021. They were great throughout the ordering and purchasing process and have been great at taking care of us after the purchase as well. We have had to have warranty and recall work done on the vehicle and they have been excellent at accommodating our schedule, allowing us to use loaner vehicles, and completing the work in a timely manner. The service advisors are very knowledgeable, and in the case of our most recent visit are willing to take the extra time to make sure that we are completely satisfied with the work that was performed.
