I was looking around for a new truck and had visited several dealerships in person and on the internet but was not able to find the truck I wanted. The staff is amazing, very helpful and are willing to do whatever they can to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Lee Grimsley was great, he was patient with us and did everything he could to get us the best deal possible. My experience with Doug Henry Ford was outstanding. I was in contact with Larry for several days to set up a time to come in and test drive since I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I got out of w in contact with Larry for several days to set up a time to come in and test drive since I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. I got out of work late on the day of the test drive, but Larry and Joe were happy to stay an hour past their closing time so I could still go to the dealership. It's hard to find great customer service like that anymore. The used Ford I purchased from them was as great as it looked on their website - no hidden problems. It has been running great since the day I drove it off the lot. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to someone looking for a vehicle along with great customer service. More

The final price we settled on was the exact amount on the sales contract, no hidden fees or add-ons. The trade in value for my used truck was reasonable, the paperwork for completing the sale was quick and thorough. I will be going back to Doug Henry when I am shopping for another vehicle. More

One who had bought this car from them new and returned to buy another new one. The car I bought, a `08 Taurus was as close to new as you are going to get. We've now owned this car for a month and I must say it's the best car I've ever owned. New cars included. I am very grateful for having stumbled over the ad, the car and the entire buying experience at Doug Henry.
