TIM RACCO is amazing! I have had previous work done at Douglas and Tim Racco was my "go to guy" then. I was extremely happy with that outcome. So....yesterday I was strande I have had previous work done at Douglas and Tim Racco was my "go to guy" then. I was extremely happy with that outcome. So....yesterday I was stranded with my lIL Crossfire doing some pretty crazy things. I had used my remote key-less to lock it up while shopping & upon returning to my car my remote wouldn't work. I assumed that the remote batteries were dead and opened the door manually. However, when I tried to start it....it went into kind of a "lock down" mode. It wouldn't start and the parking lights were flashing as if in "alarm mode." I assumed the lock down was due to the manual entry not releasing the alarm situation. I called Tim to see if there was a way to manually override the alarm. His immediate response was "it's your car battery....you need a new car battery." I was skeptical of that diagnoses as I had flashing outside lights and all the dashboard lights. TRUE TO FORM....TIM WAS "DEAD ON CORRECT." All I needed was a new car battery! TIM RACCO remotely rescued a stranded Girl whom will be forever grateful for is expertise. A HUGE "Thank You" to Tim for knowing his stuff and another Thank You to Douglas for hiring amazing employees!!!!! More

fourth brake job in 44K miles Having to replace my front brakes four times in 44000 miles, I am thoroughly disgusted with the Chrysler brand. However this dealers service manager, Mr. Don Glen, has taken my experience personally and gone way beyond what would be considered normal or expected to convince me to stay. I firmly believe that successful companies are made up of competent and empowered people who truly love what they do and thus just go at it, head on!. Don Glen exhibits these qualities and I noted a mutual respect for him and he for his people (technicians and parts specialists). To me these are the qualities of a true leader. From my side: The car is a 2011 Town and Country van in impeccable condition. It was purchased from another dealer in January 2011 and is obviously long out of warranty for the subject items. The original dealer was and is steadfast in warranty as stated. NO exceptions! Not the case here, they listen and work with you, "They value you". I had been awaiting introduction of the 2017 Pacifica but I'm waning. I will give it an evaluation but only because of the aforementioned experience here at Douglas. More
huge bill- minimal work done I took my 2006 Dodge Durango for service because the front vents would sometimes close and severely restrict the air-conditioning air flow. I could he I took my 2006 Dodge Durango for service because the front vents would sometimes close and severely restrict the air-conditioning air flow. I could hear the fan increase and decrease as I changed fan speeds but there was no change in the minimal airflow.(This would occur sporadically and without warning. It was working fine when I took it to the dealer) I was charged $192.27 and told that the Freon was down about 25% and the dealership recharge it. That is the only thing that was done. When I complained about the charge and the fact that I didn't think they fixed the problem, I was told that there was $120 minimum charge to look at anything related to the air conditioner. And I was charged additional labor to bring the total labor charge to $167.93. There was an additional $11.76 charge for "supplies and/or hazardous waste removal" and $12.58 in tax. I told them I did not think it had anything to do with the air-conditioning but rather with the way the vent open and closed. The gentleman that took the service order kind of agreed with me but said that is what the technician diagnosed. So I paid $192.27 to have a 25% recharge of my Freon!!! That would have been a $40-$65 cost at any number of other service providers in the area. More

AWESOME !!! BEST AND NICEST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED I'M FROM OUT OF TOWN AND DIDN'T KNOW ANYONE WHEN MY CHRYSLER 300 C IGNITION BROKE. I WAS ABLE TO GET MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND FROM THAT POINT THEY I'M FROM OUT OF TOWN AND DIDN'T KNOW ANYONE WHEN MY CHRYSLER 300 C IGNITION BROKE. I WAS ABLE TO GET MY CAR TO THE DEALERSHIP AND FROM THAT POINT THEY TREATED ME LIKE I'D BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. THEY HAD A DRIVER NAMED RICKY TAKE ME TO THE CONDO I WAS STAYING IN AND CALLED ME LATER TO TELL ME HOW MUCH TO REPAIR IT AND THEY COULD HAVE IT READY THE NEXT MORNING. EVERY EMPLOYEE, OF THAT DEALERSHIP, FROM TIM RACCO THE SERVICE ADVISOR, TO SECRETARY,S TO SALESMEN AND EVEN THE DRIVER WHO TOOK ME HOME WERE SO FRIENDLY THAT I NEVER HAD A DOUBT THAT THEY WOULD TAKE WONDERFUL CARE OF ME AND MY CAR. DOUGLAS IS VERY WELL MANAGED. THE OWNER'S MUST BE HARDWORKING VERY DECENT PEOPLE !! More
