As a woman I have always purchased my own cars on my own. I expect to be treated as a paying customer not a "woman". Duncan treated me with a high level of respect; was patient with my questions as to what model I'd purchase and we test rode several models. We also took a ride down to the storage lot so that I could see the color choices up close. Actually all of the salespeople at Douglas were helpful! More

We had some credit issues and they worked really hard to get us into a new car lease that we could afford. They literally spend days collecting information from us and presenting our case to VW Credit to get us approved. Jeremy was our salesperson and while everyone we dealt with at the dealership was nice and friendly I would say to ask for Jeremy. He is helpful and truly a nice guy. If they made a car big enough to hold our family of 6 I could see us having two VWs in the future! More
