This is our second car from Tito of DouglasVW in 14 months. We're on our 4th Passat (and the last two of which was from Tito). Douglas is 45 mins from our place. We can easily get to 4 or 5 other dealers much more closer to home but we were very fortunate to have met Tito during our first Douglas visit. For our first car from Tito, it was a pressure-free transaction. No pushing, no stress, and no worries. Unfortunately, that car was involved in a bad accident and we needed another car right away. Without a doubt, another Passat was the way to go bec of its high safety features. For our second car, Tito stepped up even more. He's very knowledgeable and very patient, as well. We even got a loaner for the couple of days while we waited for the car we ordered.
