This is my second purchase from Douglas in the last 9 months. I bought a Golf and decided I need more room with 2 kids and hockey equipment so I leased a 2013 Passat. I've bought a lot of cars in my day and he is by far the best rep I have ever dealt with. He is professional, friendly, informative and, better sit down for this, 100% HONEST!!! My wife hates going to car dealers and she even liked the experience. Dealing with Tito is like dealing with a friend that you can trust. He took time out of his day off to help close the deal, and with no pressure to boot! I can't say enough good things about Tito and Douglas VW. Also, I drove Hondas for the last 25 years and the switch to a German car is a welcome change. The Passat drives like a luxury German car without the price. The car is substantial without the tinniness that you get with Japanese cars. If you are looking for a VW, all roads should lead to Tito and Douglas VW! Great job guys! More

I was recently in this dealership to buy a new car and i had a very pleasant experience with the sales man Isaac. Isaac dealt with us the whole time and showed us about five different cars/models guiding us had a very pleasant experience with the sales man Isaac. Isaac dealt with us the whole time and showed us about five different cars/models guiding us in the right direction for which car suited our lifestyle the best. He was very patient and not pushing us to just buy any car, he took his time and provided us with answers for all of our questions. After all the cars he showed to us we ended up buying a brand new Jetta. We love the car and are so glad Isaac was so helpful with everything we needed and asked.
