I live an hour and a half away. I have horrible credit. I make good money now and was sick of driving a xxxxx. That was yesterday and I still can't believe I am driving a 2010 golf! I love this car and I am more then pleased with Douglas v.w. Irene was awsome. Plus they gave me twice as much as thought I would get for my trade. My car was a death trap and they gave me $2,000 for it. I have bad credit from getting ripped off at a dealership.but I feel like I ripped off Douglas v.w....lol. thanks again! More

He knows the merchandise really well and does a great job selling it and finding the right option for you. He is very considerate and really cares about your requests and your needs. He will find a way to help you get what you want at the end. Even when he hits big obstacles, we will go the extra mile to help you get what you want. Overall, the turnaround time until I decided on the car and actually got the car was very low considering that they did not have the car and options I wanted available in my first visit. I have been to multiple dealers before I got my car from Douglas VW. I can confidently say that, they had the highest consideration for your needs and the best customer service.
