Given the time frame I had to look for a car, I did most of my research online and through word of mouth; I believe I got a good deal. I had no car and this dealer is near the train station but was offered to be picked up. I came in on a Sat. and Bob C. was very busy so Bobby McCall showed me the cars and we test drove two of them. He was very patient and informative about the differences between them. When we sat down to do do the numbers, My credit score was a little low for leasing and that said, I had to change my direction to purchasing to rebuild some credit after a long spell of unemployment. Now I was looking for something within my budget. I look at various cars again and then found a pre owned 2008 Jetta which was in great condition and within my range. We finalized the financing and within 4 hours, I drove it off the lot. Eileen even recommended insurance and in the meantime they gave me insurance for two weeks which I did appreciate! Bob and Bobby were very nice and very efficient. I believe I got a good deal and would go back again. My only issue was I would have negoiated the pin stripping and door guards into the deal. I didn't know you could get the trim until after the fact. But I am confident when they detail my car they will work something out. More

This place is a USAA certified place for the Car Buying Service. Build your car online, get a price and head over there. Vlad Voskoboynikov tended to all of our needs in a most professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. Since this is primarily a Volkswagen dealer, all of the information was not readily available regarding some of the options on the car that we purchased. Vlad went over and above to find out additional information about this car, as well as information about a remote start that came with the car, which was much appreciated. I also feel the need to mention that the other sales people on the floor were extremely nice to us as well. I would also like to say that we received our license plates in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure having Vlad as our sales person, and we would definitely come back to him (and recommend Vlad and Douglas Auto Group)in the future! Janet Crowell More
